  Today I had an issue with an employee that was resolved simply by talking to Amit when I went to collect my car. Amit resolved my issue and I walked away really happy with the service and the clean on my car.
  
  My story:
  2 weeks ago I spent $280 for a car detailing that included a leather treatment. Today I had a baby vomit a small amount on one of the seats and on a mat. When I asked if they could wipe over the seat and steam clean the mat I was told that I would need another leather treatment on the entire vehicle at $240. I said that was ridiculous as the leather treatment was meant to protect my seats from this sort of incident (otherwise whats the point). The guy serving me said that as it was vomit they had to redo it. He suggested that they could do the affected seat for $220. I said to him that it had been cleaned by me and there was nothing more to do except wipe the seat with some disinfectant. The guy didnt even look at it and was really quick to tell me it was unfair to ask his staff to touch a seat with vomit on it. He ended up selling me a steam clean only and declared that nothing else would be touched inside by Hoppy's staff.
  
  In the end, after talking with Amit, my seat was cleaned and Amit spoke with the employee. He also said that it was Hoppy's policy to ensure customer's were happy with the service and if there any problems with the driveway staff to simply ask for the manager.

  I've used Hoppys twice so far. The first time I got the $50 special which includes a second wash and a coffee. I was satisfied with the attention to detail inside and out - that said my car was not particularly dirty to begin with. My partner has used the same deal and was pleased with the result.
  
  Overall I was happy with the level of service and the quality of the clean. I will use them again.
  Edit May 2017: Unfortunately my earlier review is no longer valid. Given up on Hoppys after several average experiences. Despite the price tag the car cleans have been perfunctory at best over the last 12 months.
